Ish’s Concessions and Catering LLC is a newly
established Florida business (LLC #
L26000201812). We are currently based in
Taylor County while we finish securing our
property in Old Town, Dixie County — our future
home base.
We are dedicated to serving fresh, healthy, and
affordable meals using local produce from small
businesses within the communities we serve
whenever possible, with priority on non-GMO
and non-bioengineered ingredients. Our focus is
on bringing healthy, fresh, and delicious food to
the community in Dixie and surrounding
counties while building meaningful partnerships
with local nonprofits and helping the areas we
serve through job creation and offering
opportunities to those within our communities.
We proudly accept Florida Goldbacks to support
sound, non-inflationary money in our local
economy.
Currently in the startup phase, we are beginning
the planning for phase one of our company
being operational — starting with preparing a
health department-approved kitchen on our Old
Town property. This will function as a
commissary kitchen for our concession trailers
and allow us to begin catering small events. It
will also enable cloud kitchen services such as
breakfast, lunch, fresh donuts, and coffee
delivery to local offices and businesses.
Our long-term vision is to grow into a community oriented business located in Old Town that
includes mobile food trucks for local events,
private catering (offering services to smaller
groups of up to 30), as well as other family friendly and community-oriented services.
