Our mission
A kitchen that belongs to this place.
Ish's Concessions and Catering LLC is a newly established Florida business (LLC L26000201812). We are based in Taylor County, Florida while we finish securing our property in Old Town, Dixie County.
We cook affordable, healthy meals with produce from small businesses in the communities we serve. The long game is jobs, a commissary kitchen the health department can stand behind, and food that actually tastes like someone nearby grew it.
